General Deposit Conditions

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited, and any suspicious transactions will be investigated.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once completed. If you experience an issue, please contact support.
• Processing fees may apply for certain payment methods.

Asgoal is committed to fast and secure withdrawals. However, withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if certain conditions are not met.

Withdrawal Prerequisites

• The account must have at least one successful deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the rollover requirement on any active bonus has been fully completed.
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed for withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

Wagering Requirement

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Asgoal platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Fraud: Using a false identity, stolen payment details, or fraudulent methods to claim bonuses.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or attempting to exploit the system to obtain bonuses.
• Hacking or Use of Scripts: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's code or systems.
• Collusion Betting: Colluding with other players to cheat in live games.
• Opening an account as a minor: Opening an account on behalf of anyone under 18, or assisting a minor in accessing gaming services.

Asgoal reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Under normal circumstances, however, a reason will be provided.

Reasons Your Account May Be Closed

• Violation of the Terms.
• If suspicious transactions or unusual account activity are detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Registering with false information.
• By order of a legal authority.

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. If you have a remaining balance, your account will be closed once the withdrawal has been processed.
